Affiliate Program Policy

1. Agreement

By participating in the DestinyUnblock Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Agreement"). DestinyUnblock reserves the right to update and change these terms at any time without notice.

2. Program Overview

The DestinyUnblock Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers to DestinyUnblock.com through unique tracking links.

• Commission Rate: Up to 30% on qualifying purchases
• Cookie Duration: 60 days
• Minimum Payout: $50 USD
• Payment Methods: PayPal, Stripe
• Payment Schedule: Monthly, on the 15th of each month

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

3.1 Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must:

• Clearly disclose affiliate relationships in compliance with FTC guidelines
• Present DestinyUnblock accurately and not make false or misleading claims
• Not use spam or unsolicited email marketing
• Not engage in cookie stuffing or fraudulent tracking methods
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3.2 Brand Usage

Affiliates may:

• Use provided marketing materials and brand assets
• Create honest reviews and testimonials
• Share screenshots and product images from the website

3.3 Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must NOT:

• Bid on branded keywords (e.g., "DestinyUnblock", "Destiny Unblock") in paid search campaigns
• Use DestinyUnblock trademarks in domain names or social media handles
• Imply official partnership or endorsement without written permission
• Create fake accounts or self-refer to generate commissions
• Engage in negative publicity or defamation of DestinyUnblock
• Redirect affiliate links through URL shorteners that hide destination

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 30% commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate links. Qualifying purchases include:

• Full astrological reading reports
• Premium report upgrades
• Subscription products (first payment only)

Commissions are NOT earned on refunded purchases, fraudulent transactions, or purchases made using coupon codes not approved by DestinyUnblock.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed monthly on the 15th for the previous month's confirmed commissions
• Minimum payout threshold is $50 USD
• Commissions remain pending for 30 days after purchase to account for refunds and cancellations
• Affiliates must provide accurate payment information. DestinyUnblock is not responsible for payment delays due to incorrect information
• Payment processing fees may be deducted from affiliate payouts

6. Termination

DestinyUnblock reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of this Agreement
• Fraudulent activity or spam
• Generating low-quality or no traffic
• Misrepresentation of DestinyUnblock products or services

Upon termination, affiliates forfeit any unpaid commissions below the minimum payout threshold.

7. Liability

DestinyUnblock is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold DestinyUnblock harmless from any claims arising from their promotional activities.

8. Modifications

DestinyUnblock reserves the right to modify the commission structure, terms, or policies of the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email.
